How do I update my credit card information?

Updating the card on file is a quick and simple process. Just click here to access the Update Credit Card page. The website will guide you through the entire process, which usually takes only 2-3 minutes. Make sure to have your FastPass number ready, as it is required to locate your account. You can find your FastPass number on the sticker located on your windshield.

How do I switch my wash club?

Switching your wash club is a simple process that can be done online. Click here to access the Account Management page. Follow the instructions on the website, which will guide you through the process. It usually takes around 2-3 minutes to complete. Make sure to have your FastPass number on hand, as it will be required to locate your account. The FastPass number can be found on the sticker on your windshield.

After you complete these steps, your wash club will be switched to your desired option within 3-5 business days. If you are upgrading or downgrading, you will see a prorated charge or refund reflected on your banking statement. 

How do I update my contact information?

Updating your contact information is fast and easy. Click here to access the Update Contact Information page. The website will provide clear instructions to guide you through the process, which typically takes just 2-3 minutes to complete. Have your FastPass number handy, as it is necessary to locate your account. You can find the FastPass number on the sticker located on your windshield.

How do I change the vehicle linked to my membership?

If you have a new vehicle and need to replace the one linked to your membership, we've made the process easy for you. Simply visit any of our locations and inform our team about the vehicle replacement. They will assist you in getting a new FastPass sticker specifically for your new vehicle, ensuring seamless access to the wash.

It's important to note that this process needs to be done in person at one of our locations so that our staff can provide you with the necessary tag. There's no need to cancel your membership; just inform our staff that you're changing your vehicle, and they'll take care of the rest.

How do I get monthly receipts?

Monthly receipts can be provided upon request. To obtain your monthly receipts, please contact our Customer Experience Team via email at info@soapyjoescw.com. Our team will gladly assist you in obtaining the receipts you need.

I no longer have my Fast Pass number, can I cancel without it?

Don't worry if you don't have your Fast Pass number available! Our Customer Experience Team is here to help you cancel your membership. You can click here to contact our Customer Experience Team or email us at info@soapyjoescw.com. When submitting your cancelation request, please include the following: 

  1. Your first and last name on the account (if different from the one provided).
  2. Year, make, and model of your vehicle.
  3. Phone number linked to your account.
  4. The first five and last four digits of the debit/credit card on file.
