How do I activate a Costco annual membership?

To activate your Costco annual membership at any of our locations, follow these simple steps:

1. Visit one of our locations and remember to bring your Costco Super Joe gift card with you.
2. At our drive-up kiosks, scan your Super Joe Costco annual card, and the screen will guide you through the next steps.
3. Hand over your Costco Super Joe annual card to one of our friendly team members, who will provide you with a Soapy Joe's FastPass sticker for your vehicle. Please note that the Costco card itself is not the membership, and you will need a FastPass sticker for access to the wash.

If you are an existing monthly account holder, our team can also assist you in updating your membership to the Costco annual membership.
