Once you have filled out an incident report, our on-site personnel will gather all the necessary information as per our policy. This information is then forwarded to our dedicated Incidents Department Team for review. The Incidents Department Team will carefully assess the report, including any provided pictures of the damage and video footage of the incident.
We strive to complete this review process within 5 business days or sooner. Rest assured that we understand the importance of a timely response. Once the review is complete, we will reach out to you via email to communicate the outcome of the investigation and provide you with the next steps.
